This role will support the Head of Marketing & Communications in developing and delivering the firm's external and internal marketing communications and brand strategy in line with business strategy.
The role will involve developing, managing, and delivering internal and external communications projects from inception through to completion across the full marketing spectrum. It will have a focus on the development and utilisation of digital channels and will require regular reporting on the status and success of projects and best practice insights and providing effective measurements for evaluating all marketing and communication activities.
In addition it will support the Head of Marketing & Communications in the evolution and development of the firm's strong brand within the marketplace, helping to shape key internal and external messages and values to promote greater understanding of the firms' vision, brand values and strengths. Working alongside the Head of Marketing & Communications you will:
* Develop, manage and deliver the firm's external and internal communications plans with key stakeholders including Business Development, leadership, partners, internal teams and networks.
* Advise on marketing communications and brand best practice. Help plan, develop and deliver content through the most appropriate channels, working alongside colleagues in digital, PR and events.
* Review, write and edit corporate and firm wide messaging to create consistent, differentiating and recognisable brand expression and storytelling at every touch point.
* Contribute towards the development and use of the firm's website and social media channels by developing digital content where appropriate.
* Contribute towards the development of the internal communications strategy, and plan internal campaigns, manage the global internal communications calendar and manage requests for firm-wide announcements and news through appropriate channels.
* Be the firms' brand guardian. Help develop and maintain the firm's identity through design, language and tone of voice of guidelines and be responsible for the brand input into firm projects.
* Help take responsibility for the firm's panel of external design agencies ensuring that they all understand the firm's brand and expectations, that they help to keep the brand refreshed and that they deliver what is required.
A confident and experienced writer, you'll be a good communicator with excellent communication skills with experience of driving and delivering integrated marketing communications to internal and external audiences, experience of brand management and development in the professional services sector with experience of developing and managing a visual identity and an understanding and interest in design. You'll have a track record in managing the print and digital production process and managing creative agencies, and the gravitas to influence at Partner level and ability to challenge thinking.
