Description

As the Bid Writer in London the key responsibilities of the role are:

* Creating high quality tender documents (ranging from pre-qualification questionnaires to invitations to tender) that meet the clients' requirements
* Project managing the bid process from receipt of tender documentation through to completion and submission of the bid
* Supporting the Bid Manager and Head of Tenders with bid proposals
* Managing contributions from specialists within our business against the proposal deadline; liaising with operational personnel, including senior management, to consult on commercial issues
* Using the team's library of material and ensuring that it is kept up-to-date with current information
* Following up the outcome of the tender and assisting in the implementation and account management phases


Profile

The successful candidate in London will have:

* Experience in a creative work environment, either writing or designing.
* Bid Writing experience advantageous.
* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
* Confident and capable of producing text to a high standard which accurately describes the service offering.
* Good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Adobe Suite skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* 2:1 or above written based degree.
