Purpose of the Role:

Work with the Marketing Coordinator to deliver annual communications and social media calendars, promoting all areas across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage supporter email data and consent processes to ensure smooth email marketing administration in line with GDPR
* Helping to optimize our PPC campaigns
* Link building and link cleansing (as part of a wider SEO strategy)
* Carry out keyword research and use best-practice SEO techniques in order to spot areas of interest on various topics for online content writing and to improve SEO ranking for our websites
* Write engaging and unique content that is in line with the business' requirements and SEO best-practice
* Assisting the develop of the UK website to ensure it becomes an effective tool for enquiry generation
* Creating content for the web
* Supporting and developing Company's social media channels with an ongoing awareness of current social media trends
* Day to day management of the Home's sponsored social media content, monitoring performance and adjusting paid content accordingly
* Distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
* Regular Website audits
* Work across all departments to ensure information is accurate and on brand, with consideration for SEO.
* Assist the Marketing Co-ordinator with the creation of a quarterly supporter newsletter
* Research and utilise third party websites and social media to promote the Company's events and services to maximise digital reach
* General support and task assistance

Key Requirements:

* Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape and ability to keep knowledge up-to-date
* Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, with a creative approach to maximising engagement through these channels
* 1-2 years' experience in a digital marketing sales role however, we would also consider graduates with relevant work experience
* Digital marketing experience and knowledge of SEO and the business opportunities within social media
* Google Adwords & Analytics experience
* Good understanding of the entire web development cycle and web technologies
* Experience of web development tools and content management systems
* Strong computer literacy, including: Microsoft Office (word & excel) & Adobe packages (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) & basic HTML
* Customer service experience
* An interest in all areas in Marketing, Sales, Social Media and ideas/opportunities it presents in business
* Excellent written communication skills, accuracy and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
* Work effectively under pressure and able to meet deadlines
