Head of Marketing & Sales
This is a newly created position in a fast growing entrepreneurial tour operator. The business is an SME operating in niche markets. Our client is looking for a commercially and digitally driven marketer who has a breadth of experience allowing them to manage a complex product across multiple channels to market. To succeed in this role you need to be digitally savvy, be strategic in your thinking, and have the ability to manage a brand across different market segments.
As a predominantly direct sell business, the key channel will be online, so a proven track record in this area is key. In this role you need to be able to balance the importance of customer focus and service whilst also recognising the needs of marketing activities to drive sales. Previous experience of working in a travel business which operates in a niche is beneficial.
