This is a great new opportunity as a Customer Communications Manager with a London based national Luxury Retailer.


Client Details

Our client are a well established successful Luxury Department Store brand, looking for a Customer Communications Manager.


Description

Reporting to the Head of Customer Communications the Customer Communications Manager will:

* Develop the customer communications strategy across all stores and digital
* In line with the strategy, manage the content across all marketing channels to ensure one consistent brand message.
* Work closely with Head of Customer Comms, and the Visual Content & Social Media Executive to establish and maintain one visual and verbal tone of voice.
* Work with the team on how to deliver the communications strategy that builds the brand and uses the latest customer targeting techniques across in-house channels and paid for channels
* Develop and advise on the social media strategy digital platforms - including localised social activity
* Capture and analyse results on the communications strategy and ROI.
* Be proactive in maintaining up to date knowledge of the latest trends, technology and initiatives in digital communications.
* Work with existing 3rd party agencies and develop new relationships to effectively grow communications.
* Manage and develop 2 team members


Profile

To be considered for the Customer Communications Manager position you will need to bring the following skills and attributes.

* Proven experience of bricks & mortar and digital communications across retail.
* Highly developed communication, influencing and relationship skills
* Proven experience in copy writing and editing
* Proven ability of measuring and reporting ROI
* Adept at building relationships with communication agencies in fashion, beauty and digital
* Enjoys developing people
* Loves bringing ideas to life with the consumer at the heart of all customer communications.
* YOU MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
