This role will be a fusion of strategic, pragmatic guidance to leadership, delivering key internal projects and events as well as the creative delivery to inform, engage and involve colleagues.



ABOUT THE ROLE

* You will be based in the UK and play a pivotal role in providing leadership counsel, maintaining a consistent employee engagement rhythm, delivering key internal projects and events in the UK business, as well as supporting highly engaged internal colleague communities of inclusion.
* You will also have responsibilities beyond the UK, as part of the global employee comms function.
* You will maintain an internal communications strategy and plan that influences stakeholders, best-known culture and connection in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.
* You will plan organise and manage the communications for events & regular rhythm of channels and ensure consistent messaging and integration of all employee communications vehicles in the UK and for business partner functions, leveraging the full array of communication channels (weekly face-to-face, electronic, print, broadcast, podcasts, bi-annual team day events etc.) with your internal clients and colleagues.
* You will work closely with HR/Talent & Organisational Development, especially on cultural and change communications.



ABOUT YOU

* You will have employee communications experience at a managerial level - preferably in a global organisation.
* You will be a technology wizard, able to harness new media effectively with a keen understanding of all types of media/channels that will engage our internal audiences.
* You will have strong change management experience including complex organisational and cultural change.
