You will be working across a travel brand and two high end clothing retailers developing loyalty programmes for their customers. You will work closely with the Account Director and the clients to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also work closely with internal teams including creative, planning and data.
Skills and Experience
You will have the following skills;
- passionate about delivering first class client service
- build great relationships with clients and colleague
- positive and enthusiastic approach
- experience of CRM and loyalty driven campaigns would be beneficial but not essential
- experience of email and digital marketing
- project management
- excellent communication and presentation skills
