A leading housing association in central London is looking for a corporate communications manager to join their growing marketing and communications directorate.

Your new role

You will responsible for:


* Developing and implementing multichannel integrated external communications materials including digital, media and print.
* Delivering high quality corporate communications projects and campaigns on time and to budget, ensuring all communications are on brand.
* Contributing and leading on the strategic planning for the external communications function within the organisation.
* Proactive and reactive media relations activities including releasing statements, briefing and building relationships with key journalists and media outlets.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
* Assist with contingency and crisis communications strategy and implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

You will:


* Be an expert in corporate communications with a strong background of planning, managing and delivering external communications programmes within a large organisation.
* Have experience in Media relations, PR, Brand management, Publications and creating integrated campaigns of a multiplicity of different platforms
* Have experience in project management as well as preparing briefings, communications strategy and contingency plans.
* Have Management experience
* Possess excellent copywriting, editing and proof reading with exceptional attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Ideally you will have experience within the housing sector.
