As the Social Media & PR Executive you will be responsible for implementing the PR and paid social media strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the Williams brand and those of its brand franchises whilst also developing and planning a content calendar across all social media platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content to deliver a positive impact on sales growth and customer retention for all brand franchises.

As the Social Media & PR Executive, you will be responsible for PR and the organic and paid social media strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the Williams brand.

Other duties include:

* Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn for all Williams' brand franchises.
* Support the Group Head of Marketing in the identification of new PR opportunities and campaigns.
* Build the Williams brand tone of voice for each social media platform.
* Create positive engagement with customers to resolve customer service issues should they arise.
* Engage with customers and followers by developing positive PR opportunities via social media platforms.
* Support the Group Head of Marketing in the creation of PR campaigns and press releases.
* Maximising followers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
* Ensure that approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each platform.
