Marketing Communications Managers – 6 month FTC
£275-30 Day Rate (Paid PAYE)
Immediate starters with a solid background in planning and delivering innovative and effective customer communications campaigns needed now for these fixed-term contract roles working for a major public service provider in London. In these challenging roles, you will manage a wide range of initiatives, tactical and strategic, targeting the general public and businesses, visitors and other institutions with budgets of £100K-£2m, spanning TV, radio, press and outdoor media to digital, social media and face to face activity. You will ensure that campaigns comply with the overarching brand and legal guidelines, as well as capturing and feeding back successes and learnings to stakeholders across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a 3 year customer communications and behaviour change strategy across a portfolio of public services.
- Leading the delivery of integrated communications and behaviour change across the portfolio, helping to ensure all customers, consumers, businesses, schools and colleges engage with the organizations brands.
- Overseeing the delivery of all marketing communications programmes through inspiring leadership of integrated teams and management of significant budgets.
- Leading and developing a small team, managing their performance and ensuring capability exists to support integrated teams, the portfolio's customer communications strategies and delivery of the agreed plans;
To meet the challenge of this role, you’ll need proven experience of managing campaigns that have influenced customer opinions and behaviour; enhanced company or organisational reputations, and generated increased revenues and sales. With experience ideally gained in a client-side or agency environment, you will have led teams and worked closely with and/or within major creative and media agencies, ensuring budgetary and timing targets are met. You will have a robust knowledge of customer communications and behavioural change strategies, and be able to turn plans into rapid action to ensure success.
