The Shopper Insights team is responsible for providing actionable shopper insights and data to both engage and informs the business and its external partners. It is a business critical team that continually positions the business as category thought leaders and a reliable source of continuous reporting.
The Shopper Reporting & Insights Manager is responsible for providing accurate and timely analysis in the form of a suite of reports by category across a number of defined metrics. The Shopper Reporting & Insights Manager will provide all continuous reporting for the team each month in addition to supporting ad hoc and strategic requests that meet a business need and/or will aid decision making.
- Syndicated research background (or exposure to, e.g. IRI, Nielsen and Kantar).
- Analytical capabilities – advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and ideally Microsoft Access.
- Knowledge of category development function and reporting requirements.
- Strong leadership qualities and someone who takes personal responsibility for delivering results.
