This Campaign Manager will sit within a larger marketing team and have the following remit:

* Deliver against related KPIs through the delivery of effective campaigns
* Effectively utilise customer segmentation and personal behaviour to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
* Agree the definition of campaign objectives prior to instigating a campaign and ensure measurement vs original intent when campaign concludes.
* End-to-End project management of the campaign process.
* Own and maintain an annual marketing campaign plan that is aligned to the broader marketing plan.
* Present a clear understanding of how campaign activity is positively impacting associated KPIs
* Maintain close relationships with local sales teams to ensure campaign planning remains localised whilst also demonstrating the efficiencies of a centralised approach.

Person Specification

* Demonstrable experience of managing campaigns end-to-end to achieve strong commercial results
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
* Experience of working with an integrated CRM tool across digital, marketing and sales channels
* Commercially astute with comprehensive understanding of the marketing campaigning process and customer lifecycle management. Event management experience would be an advantage.
* Specific detailed knowledge of campaigns and techniques to increase brand awareness and new customer conversion as well as customer loyalty, retention and growth
* Proven knowledge of the latest online and offline marketing channels and techniques
* Ability to work under pressure in a sales focused organisation
* Capable of pro-actively recognising short term business performance challenges and building campaign activity and plans to solve them.
* Exemplary communication and presentation skills.
* Proactive and uses own initiative to identify commercial opportunities
* Works proactively, cooperation and contribution oriented.
