A leading City law firm is looking for a Business Development Assistant to work within their hardworking and robust Business Development team to assist primarily with the tenders process and communications.

You will be responsible for reviewing OJEU notices and highlighting opportunities to the Business Development Manager. The role holder will create tender packs for new opportunities, assist in arranging kick-off meetings, in completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, drafting responses for both SQ and ITT stages and keeping track of tender results and feedback. In addition you will maintain an up to date precedents library of past tenders, update the portal with key tender documentation and maintain up to date team CVs and relevant admin schedules. The Business Development Assistant will also be involved in creating presentations for interview stages and Legal Directory submissions. On the Communications side, the successful applicant will maintain team and firm wide intranet pages and assist with social media activity and the coordination of staff photography for new starts and support staff.

You will be a bright, proactive graduate or equivalent with previous admin or marketing experience gained in a professional services environment, preferably legal. Organised and articulate, the Business Development Assistant will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to use their own initiative and work with limited supervision and be a strong team player, ready to help colleagues whenever the need arises.
