When this individual is appointed he or she will be responsible for ensuring that regardless of channel the experience the customer has is seamless and feels representative of our brand values.   Accountable for the creative vision, content generation and communications tone you will lead a team and deliver solutions through an internal agency structure.

Key accountabilities:

Responsible for creative vision, strategy and execution in line with each brief taken – owning the total end to end process from inception to completion and ensuring that whichever touch point the customer engages with the messages and content connect and resonate.

Business Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure that each customer proposition is delivered on target and on budget.

Accountable for managing the creative team and external agencies to work together to deliver -  Balancing both the delegation of core tasks with the ability to still monitor and drive deliver through others.

Accountable for managing and controlling all content externally cross all channels – ensuring it is connected, relevant and speaks to the customer.

Responsible for leading and motivating the team to deliver strategic propositions and day to day always on communications solutions in a fast pace, high calibre customer orientated operation.

The candidate:

A highly experienced senior marketing professional with a proven track record delivering customer focused marketing solutions.

Ideally gained experience in both inhouse roles within customer led commercial brands and agency environments to bring a breadth of expertise to this demanding position.

Inspiring and creditable leader with ability to develop and motivate others.

Outstanding creative, content and communications skills, evident commitment to excellence in outcomes.
