The successful candidate will take accountability for owning our customer strategy and ensuring that everything we do delivers an increase in interest and engagement, deepening our customer connectivity. They will drive growth in our customer base to enable us to deliver on the organisations overall growth aspirations, doing this through innovation and harassing opportunities to continually increase our relevance.
Relentless in your pursuit of customer excellence you will own and lead the team accountable for our customer strategies. Designing strategies to engage specific customer groups utilising data to target each relevant group.
Working with the Product leadership team you will develop customer strategies to meet their needs, deploying these through multiple channels and then monitoring and evaluating their performance to increase optimisation.
Leading the team, you will develop and motivate others, enabling them to learn through new experiences and opportunities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the propositions developed to take to market are then deployed in the right way, through the right channels to deliver maximum success and ROI.
Taking full accountability for measuring the success of campaign activity, managing and evaluating performance so to ensure the connection between customer strategy and increased profit is visible and transparent.
Responding to trading results and insight data to continually drive activity to improve sales and customer engagement & increased loyalty.
Demonstrated track record delivering optimised digital customer strategies in fact paced, consumer orientated organisations.
Proficient at delivering cross channel solutions and influencing internal and external stakeholders to maximise effect.
An analytical mindset and a deep understanding of the platforms and systems enabled to gain deep customer insight. Able to interpret and strategies using this data.
Commercial, driven, engaging and able to operate and deliver excellence through others.
