This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consumer goods business, that offer a highly autonomous environment to make an impact as a Marketing Executive.

Client Details

The business are a leading global consumer goods business focused on developing manufacturing and marketing advanced consumer goods that improve the quality of life for people around the world. They have strong global presence and are an omni-channel company experiencing phenomenal growth.


Key responsibilities include:

* Work closely with and support Marketing Manager to make sure that all marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and sales are maximised

*  Manage the implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives
*  Manage the production and delivery on time and on budget of UK Marketing materials. This will include brochures, POS, and shop fit out materials for stores; along with any promotional material to support National Campaigns.
*  Provide creative solution/artwork as and when necessary for retailer marketing activity and e-commerce channel
*  Product Management. Responsible for all product information including photography, technical information and brochures.
*  Support retailers and own stores with marketing assets and advice to make sure that the brand gets maximum impact and return on its marketing investments. This includes maximising the reach and return of marketing rebates that are available to some retailers.
*  Provide marketing support to the retail sales team.
*  Assist Marketing Manager with online advertising campaigns which include paid search, SEO and display re targeting initiatives
*  Identify and achieve budget efficiency's including reductions in cost of acquisition.
*  Plan and Manage events and exhibitions (trade and consumer). Maximise ROI and ensure great customer experience every time.
*  Monitor competitor activity to be react to our position in the market and ensure the business is maintained as a market leader.
*  Monitor retailer marketing activity to make sure that it meets guidelines. Make sure that changes are implemented by retailers when incorrect activity is found.
*  Adapt, and develop international Brand assets into a local format to support promotional activity throughout the year and communicate with our retailers/e-commerce to present a consistent message with the advertising.
*  Manage the sign-off on retailer creative submitted through the Marketing Rebate portal.
*  Manage consumer and trade communication through social channels
*  Work with Marketing Manager to support Mall store and Outlet Manager with marketing initiatives focused on increasing footfall and sales


The ideal candidate will posses the following qualities:

* A modern, creative and commercial thinker who forward looking.
*  A Marketing professional with at least 2 years marketing experience who is looking for develop their marketing career with a multi national brand.
*  Good knowledge on marketing through Digital channels; Must be able to produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on activities and results against agreed KPI's with our agency.
*  Educated to Degree or HND level in a relevant subject. Professional Marketing qualification (CIM) desirable, however not essential.
*  Practical and be prepared to do whatever it takes to get results. Must have a good commercial acumen and be an articulate, clear communicator.
*  Excellent numeracy, literacy, ICT and communication skills; including advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, database management software and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design packages.
