The Social Media Manager will plan and implement strategy across channels, curating and creating content, to drive brand awareness and increase engagement.


Client Details

The client is a national Not for Profit and Charities organisation. Their remit is to make a positive difference to health and wellbeing in the community through driving membership to their various services. They are a remarkably respected brand, and they're beginning a long term digital transformation to ensure needs are sufficiently catered for and targets emphatically met. This full-time role is based in their South East London headquarters.


Description

The key responsibility for the Social Media Manager is to use the channels to improve brand awareness, driving retention and acquisition to Businesses and Consumers. They will do this through:

* Curate content to reach target audiences
* Work with internal stakeholders to generate content, including management and reporting on published material
* Create an internal strategy for national content integration across various services and locations
* Monitor, listen to, and respond to users in the correct tone of voice, and cultivate leads and retention
* Oversee elements of the aesthetic branding across the channels
* Design and manage campaigns
* Integrate user-generated content
* Report on data insights


Profile

With a passion for all things Social Media - not necessarily with a background in Not for Profit and Charities - the successful candidate will have:

* Experience creating and delivering Social Media strategies across retention and acquisition
* Examples of end-to-end campaign management (Paid, Organic) on the prominent platforms
* Experience measuring, evaluating, and optimising Social campaigns.
* Examples of growing and maintaining community engagement, particularly taking a hands-on role in responding to customer queries, integrating user-generated content.
* Experience managing budgets
* Confident at spearheading the Social for a very Social Media engaged organisation.


Job Offer

Joining a growing Digital team in a friendly and ambitious organisation, the Social Media Manager will earn between £40-45,000.
