This focus for this CRM Manager role is to develop and implement the CRM strategy focusing on user centricity, customer engagement, data and data flows.

Client Details

My client is Social Enterprise based in South East London whose mission is to better the lives of people in local and national communities through leisure, sports, health and well-being. This well respected brand is currently embarking upon large digital transformation projects focusing on bettering the current digital estate and user engagement.


The Key responsibilities for this CRM Manager roles based in South East London are:

* Taking day to day ownership of the email marketing platform including building and deployment of email programmes

* Day to day account management of provider working with the Digital Marketing Manager including periodic reviews an procurement of new provider when necessary

* Understanding data and devising new segments and integration to CRM platform(s)

* Owner of frequency and relevancy of comms to customers and prospects

* Devising and implementing new CRM programme strategy and roadmap

* Project management of improvements to platform and programme

* Multi-variant testing and reporting for incremental improvements

* Development of new templates and standardising of look and feel inline with brands

* Increasing automation through triggers and dynamic content

* Supporting development and performance of the other channels through CRM integration

* Providing best practice support to the business

* Working with wider Marketing Department and internal stakeholders to ensure programmes meet Business needs


The successful CRM Manager will not necessarily come from a Not for Profit and Charities background. The key experiences are:

* Excellent knowledge / experience of managing data, HTML, content and email marketing platform

* 5+ years digital marketing experience with extensive CRM experience

* Marketing related degree or equivalent / professional qualification

* Experience of a wide range of digital marketing projects in a commercial environment

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent project management skills with attention to detail

* Excellent relationship management (internal & suppliers)

* Excellent experience of SEO and the developments / impacts

* Excellent paid digital media experience

* Experience with A/B or MVT testing

Job Offer

This CRM Manager role based in South East London offers an impressive benefits package and a salary of £42,000 - £48,000 depending on experience. Not for Profit and Charities experience is not essential.
