Client Details
My client are a Tier 1 FMCG business who have a number of well known, market leading brands. They aim to provide their customers with products of the highest quality and put the needs and well-being of their customers first. They are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join their team and drive brand excellence.
Description
The key responsibilities are:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies
* Apply understanding of consumer and market dynamics to pursue brand development and new categories
* Responsibility for input of brand strategies and brand building tactics
* Ownership of designing innovative programs to deliver high impact and measurable results
* Implement the UK (1-3yr) marketing strategy
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience as an Assistant Brand Manager within an FMCG organisation is essential
* Experience working with Healthcare professionals and OTC marketing is preferable
* Commercial understanding with strong financial acumen
* Proven implementation ability
* Experience working cross functionally
* Educated to a degree level
