Bestway is a dynamic multi-billion pound global conglomerate, and its Wholesale and Retail arm is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join them working out of its London based Head Office (NW10 7BW).

As we look to grow our Catering Sales and our new BB foodservice brand, we have decided to expand our Marketing team to support this area.

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will support the Channel Marketing Controller in achieving the teams objectives, which will include driving customer footfall, driving uplift on core promotions and return on marketing investment all whilst constantly measuring the impact of all marketing activities to ensure we are as effective as possible.

You will be heavily involved in supporting the BB Foodservice agenda from a marketing perspective and how it is marketed across our range of channels which include Print, Digital, Customer, Depot, PR and Comms. You will also support the Marketing calendars for Catering and Foodservice, strategizing with their teams of on how to execute key promotional activities each month across each marketing channel, ensuring an integrated approach for maximum impact. In addition, you will also be responsible for the messaging and communication to Catering and foodservice customers throughout the year.

This is an exciting and dynamic role and will require a key mixture of both creative and strategic skills, strong people management skills. A true understanding of the customer will be essential.

To succeed in this role you will ideally have previous experience gained in mid marketing level roles with preference for those who have operated in FMCG businesses, with the ability think creatively, but tempered with a strategic approach.  You will have excellent oral and written communication skills with experience of successfully working with and influencing key stakeholders whilst maintaining excellent working relationships across all levels. With an excellent eye for detail, you will be able to work under pressure as well as your own initiative with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
