Brand Experience Executive
Take a world-renowned brand to new heights – as a Brand Experience Executive for British Airways. Standing still is not on our agenda, so you’ll make sure we continue to connect with our targets groups. This will entail defining and embedding compelling and differentiating propositions for our master and sub-brands across customer segments and markets, making sure all areas of our business are aligned to the brand vision and mapping our customer experience of the future.
It’s a varied and vibrant role that calls for a track record that spans portfolio development, brand management, proposition development, and end-to-end customer experience definition and design. Familiarity with a range of research techniques, an unequivocal commitment to the customer, excellent people skills and the business acumen to support commercial cases are all crucial.
