Being Head of Marketing at TMP Worldwide has never been a simple challenge. We’re a leading, award-winning resourcing, employer branding and communications business with over 100 years of history. However, last month, we were acquired by PeopleScout, the world’s largest RPO provider. In short, the role has become even more challenging as we establish the PeopleScout brand in the UK.

An opportunity for impact

Inspiring a small business to business team, you’ll help define the go-to-market messages for the TMP and PeopleScout brands across the UK. It’s both a strategic and practical role, where target audiences and buyer personas will need to be understood, multi-channel brand campaigns developed and delivered and leads generated. With a short-term focus on sales and revenue and a longer-term goal of a strong PeopleScout brand awareness, we need to make marketing work.

Close collaboration with PeopleScout’s global marketing team will influence new programmes, offerings and long-term plans and you will participate in global initiatives. 

An ambitious senior figure

As well a degree (or equivalent), this calls for extensive experience of both building brands and lead generation of a large company, division or business unit.
