Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management - To create, coordinate and roll out an annual calendar of campaigns for the Established across Hospitality, Leisure and Sport
* Analytics - To be able to communicate campaigns and their results, in detail to an executive level.
* Best Practise Guru - To ensure the Business is embracing best practice CRM activity that enhances the guest experience and generate revenue. Such activity includes but is not limited to: A clear understanding of the customer life cycle and opportunities that lie in each step; management of internal databases and utilising the relevant opportunities in the system to strive for a perfect guest experience online while mainly concentrating on increasing revenue generation
* Databases - To be the database champion across the business; having a clear and concise understanding of each business unit's data, storage mechanism, capture behaviour and last use. This role is a data guardian, ensuring all data is used in accordance with all legal requirements
* Email Marketing - To work closely with the CRM Manager in the preparation of content for email marketing campaigns.
* Content - To be the "Content Champion" across the business, ensuring that all visual and worded content is on brand, grammatically correct and commercially on point.
* .COM - To assist in maximising. COM's potential in supporting each key area of the Business facets. This requires the coordination of tactics for the Marketing strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and reporting back with successes or challenges. It requires a tactical approach to marketing challenges where strategies can be quickly adjusted for improvement. It sees daily management of content updates to .com and other online channels, ensuring quality and attention to detail across the board.


Preferred Skillset:

* Previous campaign management and wider on and offline Marketing experience gained ideally within a leading hospitality/leisure/sports business.
* Able to demonstrate experience within comparable environment where first class customer service is paramount.
* Demonstrate key skills of persuasive questioning techniques, active listening and persuasion.
* Ability to prioritise workload and handle several projects at any one time.
* Excellent and engaging social and communication skills
* Smart, well presented and a sunny disposition
* Available for an Immediate start or within a 2-3 Weeks' notice period
