A highly reputable and well known B2B business based in Hull are currently seeking a CRM & Customer Marketing Executive to join their team. The organisation provides an extensive range of quality products whilst offering an unprecedented level of service by building excellent relationships with customers and suppliers.

With an established marketing team already working with large budgets, the time has come to add a skilled CRM & Customer Marketing Executive who will report into the Marketing Acquisition Manager.

Key Duties:

* Assisting in developing the businesses customer acquisition strategy
* Assist with the planning and Implementing local and national customer acquisition campaigns
* Supporting the Marketing Acquisition Manager with identifying and developing new opportunities to acquire new trade and retail customers
* Generating ideas to encourage lapsed and lapsing customers to spend with the business
* Generating ideas to encourage active customers to stretch their current spend with them
* Assisting in the development of new off-line and online channels for customer acquisition
* Supporting with the development and delivery of targeted acquisition campaigns across a variety of channels, including, but not limited to: Email, PPC, Affiliates, Mobile, Direct Mail and Video

Key Skills:

* Proven experience in a fast paced, multi-channel acquisition marketing role that has used digital and traditional channels.
* Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone
* Proactive and organised approach
* Ability to operate as part of a team
* The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, proactive, well organised and be able to work autonomously while dealing with a heavy workload
