* Ensure creative integration of ATL, BTL and Digital campaigns
* Ensure our customer communications achieve the desired standards and effectively deliver against both our commercial and brand objectives.
* Develop all communications in line with the relevant visual identity and brand guidelines.
* Develop a set of workflows, documents, reporting, schedules and service level agreements to support ongoing communication needs.
* Maintain regular reporting of communication performance.
* Work collaboratively with creative/production agencies to ensure campaigns form industry best practice and meet the customer-centric needs of the business.
* Ensure our communications are consistently challenging the norm and pushing the boundaries creatively.
* Seek continual improvement in communication quality by ensuring campaigns are regularly reviewed and learning's implemented.
* Ensure effective cost management and control of campaign budget
* Maintain high levels of accuracy for work
* Maintain campaign and workflow-specific editorial calendars, including scheduled send times, input and approval dates, and other key time-based responsibilities for each party involved
* Assess the feasibility and potential value of and timing of rush/one-off campaigns


* Knowledge and experience of advertising, direct and digital marketing across multiple channels
* Experience of planning, building, delivering and reporting multi-variant marketing activities across multiple channels including direct mail, email, SMS and display advertising.
* Proven experience in developing and delivering world class marketing communications campaigns
* Experience of channel marketing across multiple touch points and customer segments
* Proven experience of managing internal and external partnership agencies
* Experience in project or programme management, traffic management, or managing marketing campaigns or editorial calendars.
* Exposure to Agile project management is desirable.
* Strong ability to effectively manage multiple assignments across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
* Ability to provide best practices guidance related to current email, interactive, cross-channel marketing trends.
* Power user of Microsoft Office to produce documentation, presentations, process maps, and dashboards.
* Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Management Platforms (DMP) is highly desirable.
* UK experience essential.
