Bid Manager for Leading Design + Workplace Consultancy

Key Requirements:

* Manage the bid process in a timely manner and strictly to deadline
* Manage the graphic design and resourcing of proposals
* Developing tailored bid strategies and visually engaging outputs based on client drivers, objectives and requirements
* Improving the overall tendering strategy
* Maintain good understanding of client issues, key drivers and workplace trends
* Work with Directors and key stakeholders to identify win themes to inform the bid strategy
* Create a 'bid programme' to manage tasks in-line with the bid timeframe
* Prepare for and lead kick off meetings
* Ensuring clarifications are raised in a timely manner and that those received are shared with relevant parties, and incorporated into the bid
* Obtaining client feedback on tender submissions and ensuring this is incorporated to improve future tenders
* Bid writing and process management, translation of operation / professional speak into proposals

Skills & Experience

* Adobe InDesign
* Excellent command of English
* Professional writing for sales & marketing purposes
* Quality focused with the ability to work to rigid deadlines and fluctuating workloads
* Strategic approach to problem solving & communication
* Confidence in managing meetings, directing colleagues from other parts of the business for information, co-ordinating time loads and workloads.
* Knowledge of Design & Build / JCT Contracts
