This person will be responsible for planning, organising and distributing surveys which look at satisfaction levels and more generally, our awareness levels in the wider world.

Client Details

This financial governmental organisation is a national body set up to assist UK businesses and customers.


* Planning, organising and distributing surveys for consumers and businesses using traditional and qualitative techniques and analysing results data
* Managing the creation of sampling frames and the extraction of appropriate data for surveys
* Working with senior leadership in the planning of future work
* Ensuring that surveys are developed, processed and presented to inform the organisation's decision making
* Clearly and effectively communicating with internal stakeholders of all levels, including presenting and chairing meetings
* Responding to external stakeholders professionally, promptly and courteously when contacted after having received a survey
* Ongoing production of high quality work that's pitched appropriately for different audiences
* Developing and maintaining relationships with a full range of internal stakeholders
* Supporting project work across the organisation where required
* Ensuring data is managed appropriately (including access, quality and retention)
* Ensuring daily tasks are delivered on time, accurately and meet necessary requirements



* Experience working in a market research environment, as well as good technical and practical knowledge of providing surveys
* Demonstrable project management skills, with ability to push through barriers to get things done
* Great communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate your ideas in clear and understandable terms
* Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in field of market research
* Capability to manage people when required
* Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate delivery of high quality work
* Time management skills with ability to manage and prioritise multiple items of work
* Highly numerate and with an appreciation for how statistics work
* Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team


* Formal education in market research or another appropriate field
* Professional membership with the Market Research Society or similar trade association
* Knowledge of specialist software such as SPSS

Job Offer

* Salary of between £48,000 and £52,000 commensurate with experience
