MBNA Thames Clippers, part of AEG Europe, one of the leading entertainment presenters in the world, is the fastest and most frequent fleet on the river. As London's leading River Bus service, our fleet of high speed catamarans provide commuters and leisure visitors with a unique way to travel around the capital. We carry over 4 million passengers a year and employ around 320 staff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join a small, dynamic marketing team and help us take the brand to the next level.
You will assist the Head of Marketing in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy for MBNA Thames Clippers.
Initiating and leading on a wide range of initiatives, tactical and strategic, you will ensure that campaigns are in line with business footfall and revenue targets and comply with the overarching brand guidelines.
You will develop, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns based on ticket sales, seasonal trends and events, promoting MBNA Thames Clippers River Bus services to commuter and leisure audiences.
You will also develop, manage and maintain the digital channels and content strategy, including managing the website and booking site, ticketing APP (in conjunction with Customer Services), CRM & SEM activity, social media channels and digital advertising.
We are looking for someone with relevant marketing experience and a real passion for delivering measurable campaigns with clear evidence of ROI. You will have previous experience of managing and motivating external agencies.
You will need to be able to build strong relationships quickly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and have a great way with words, along with an eagle eye to ensure our message is consistent and engaging.
A team player with a positive attitude, you will be committed and flexible in your approach to work and able to work under pressure.
