Events Partnerships Officer £115 per day five days a week or £185 per day three days a week PAYE premium

This is a dynamic new role within a charity based in London. The charity is hosting its Annual Conference at the end of the summer and we are really looking for someone to help pitch different products available to potential corporate partners. You will be the lead on building a portfolio of fundraising for the conference having ownership over the project. You will also be assisting with event logistics and event communications within the team, but you focus will be to raise profile of the conference and pitch over the phone to corporate partners.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:-

* Target driven events candidate
* Able to pitch over the phone
* Great at building relationships with senior stakeholder/partners
* Candidate who understands tailored market for specific clients
* Able to work autonomous to deliver on the project
* ideally: some CMS experience, Mailchimp, ​Google office, branding experience.
* Ideally someone who has sold sponsorship/partnership
* Good customer service skills
* Good writer with an understanding of good, clean design.
* As a person - bright, enthusiastic and friendly (particularly under pressure). ​
* Highly organised, with ability to support processes and systems such as content scheduling, events admin, meeting bookings, travel bookings, etc.
* Experience of communications for an organisation or project, such as managing content for social media, compiling digital newsletters, or web publishing.
* Ability to manage priorities and workload in line with organisational priorities.
* Good written and oral communications skills, including proven ability to communicate using appropriate styles, methods and timing, including digital channels, to maximise understanding and impact.
* Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with different teams,
