This role combines strategic planning and operational execution via cross-functional collaboration. It provides an interface between local and central teams to align the strategic priorities for the region and ensure that Multi-brand channel programs and staffing models are designed and leveraged to realise IMMEA's growth potential. The role is based in London and will require some international travel.

Description

Based in London but focused on working for the emerging markets of Europe, the Multibrand Channel Marketing Leader (Emerging markets Europe) will be responsible for:







Key Responsibilities



* Support the development of a playbook for the Multi-brand channel to grow the business with a focus on coverage (channel programs and staffing models).



* Work with local country teams to drive and support strategic initiatives.



* Interface with cross-functional teams in corporate and regional HQ to drive alignment on strategic initiatives.



* Perform analysis to identify, scope, and prioritise key opportunities in the IMMEA market .



* Support annual budget (OPEX/OCOGS) planning efforts in the Multi-brand space .



* Work with relevant teams to drive the development of solutions, tools, processes on a regional level that impact strategic initiatives .



* Build and update relevant dashboards on key Multi-brand initiatives to monitor performance .



* Maintain a high level of market intelligence and understanding of key trends in IMMEA.



* Support the development of business cases for strategic initiatives on a country/regional level.



* Support the organisation of route to market community initiatives (e.g., summits, workshops, calls) .



* Identify, document, and share best practices with country teams on a regular basis .



* Work on special projects .







Key KPI's:





* Quality and timely completion of key deliverables such as analysis reports, keynote presentations, dashboards and trackers, etc.





* Quality of country / regional business plans for sales and channel development.





* Deployment of key initiatives in relevant markets.





* Peer and Leadership Team feedback on quality and depth of collaboration with Country, Regional, and HQ teams .


Profile

Based in London, the successful candidate must have/be:



* B.S./B.A. required. MBA a plus.





* Fluent English and ideally another language of the region (Emerging markets of Europe mainly).





* Strong experience in business analysis, strategy development, and planning.





* Experience in working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organisation.





* Background in multi-brand channel development a plus.





* First rate communication and presentation development and delivery skills.





* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
