We are looking for an experienced marketing executive with knowledge of the new homes industry and a formal marketing qualification being an advantage.

Based from our Galliers regional office in Shrewsbury, but spending one or two days per week at our head office in Chasetown, Staffordshire, you will have responsibility for co-ordinating the marketing requirements for our new homes developments across Shropshire.

You will need to demonstrate a proven track record planning, managing and reporting on craetive marketing campaigns using a range of offline and digital media.

A person with good interpersonal skills and tenacity to work on their own initiative is necessary as they will be working in a small team environment but will need to travel to developments and communicate with our teams at site level. A full driving licence and use of your own car is therefore essential.

Creative talent plus good attention to detail for checking technical aspects and copy is required along with the ability to work to budget and targets set.
