My client is a real force to be reckoned with; as a well-known brand, they’ve had some fantastic results and their investment in digital has grown year on year. As a result of this continued dedication to all things online, they now have a new opportunity for an experienced Web Analyst to join their (super lovely!) team.

There’s a real spotlight on this role across the business, as they pride themselves on making data-led decisions when it comes to all things marketing. This is a genuinely varied role, which will see you get involved in everything from monitoring web conversion rates through to usability analysis. You’ll pride yourself in your ability to turn the numbers into actionable insight, identifying tangible ways for the business to improve.

Day to day, you’ll be involved with:-
- Analysing website performance
- Digital campaign analysis
  • Using the results of analysis to report back to the marketing team on how they can improve future performance
- Regular reporting and dashboard maintenance, ensuring data quality is maintained and that reports (daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc) are fit for purpose and not simply run “for the sake of it”
- Checking the integrity of data
- Act as the “go to” expert for all things web/digital analytics

What you’ll need to success in this role:-
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a web analytics/digital analytics/UX analytics position
- Strong experience of working with Google Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- A team player with a desire to learn and progress
- Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to make the numbers “make sense” to a non-technical audience
- Ideally experience of digital marketing tools, as well as a/b testing programmes

This role is commutable from Burnley, Skipton, Blackburn, Colne, Keighley and surrounding.
