They have a significant in store presence in a number of retail bathroom outlets throughout the UK.


Description

The Key responsibilities for the Product Display Manager include:

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager. From here you will coordinate the in-store display activity across our portfolio of brands.



This will be achieved either through our small in-house team of display fitters or using outsourced shop-fitting providers.



Management of Display Fitters and Display Assembler as follows:



* Ensuring work schedules are communicated and completed in time through strong diary management

* Forecast workload in line with Customer requirements such as display boards and ad-hoc requests

* Development of their knowledge and skills

* Annual reviews

* Performance management

* Absence management



Communicating with both our sales team & retailers to ensure correct information is submitted for display requests.

The role will work closely with both the Marketing Communications & Product Development team. It will also require close liaison with our field sales team which would be about display fitting or product changes in showrooms. It will also include designing showrooms.

Using site information to create scale drawings / visualisations of showrooms to ensure product and display materials will fit into the designated area ready for the fitters to install.

Working with Marketing to ensure correct and current ranges are incorporated into display schemes and show trucks.

Liaising with sales office (Head Office Customer Service team based in Bath) to ensure all items are in stock and making substitutes where necessary.

Reviewing and refreshing current display sites & making proposals for updates in conjunction with new product launches.

Preparing & presenting display programme performance statistics.

Ensuring displays are signed off satisfactorily and monitoring and resolving any snagging to ensure it is completed.

Issue and measure customer satisfaction reports pre and post installation.


Profile

The Successful Product Display Manager will have:



Have at least 3 years relevant work experience specifically:



* Project management

* Cost control of projects including provision of quotations
* Excellent & proven man-management abilities.

Desirable:

* An understanding of the Virtual Worlds (www.virtualworlds.co.uk) platform & other CAD related software packages would be an advantage.

Job Offer

What is on offer for the Product Display Manager:

Salary guide is £28-30k p.a.







In addition to this we have a company profit related bonus scheme, which based upon current estimates will add a further £3500 p.a.. This is paid in two six monthly instalments.



There is also a company 8% no-contributory pension scheme. We also offer to match (up to a limit of 3% of salary) any contribution that the employee chooses to make, thereby providing a total company contribution of 11%.
