My client are based in Greater Manchester and own some of the largest and most well known FMCG brands in the UK.
Description
Key responsibilities of the Trade Marketing Manager:
* Assist in implementing and launching key products into the UK market to include
* Assist with the development, implementation and ongoing management of trade marketing material and images
* On-line channel support for specific trade account e-commerce sites to include developing marketing campaigns with retailers, implementation and ROI analysis of activity
* Frequent store audits to implement merchandising initiatives and analyse competitor activity
* Assist in building team knowledge of trade dynamics to understand competitor trade strategies and customer needs
* Good understanding of the P&L for product launches
* Analysis of sales and market data
* Manage PR & Advertising with external agencies
* Manage the UK website and Social Media channel activity
* Managing 2x Trade Marketing Executives
Profile
The ideal Trade Marketing Manager:
* 2-3 years' experience working within a consumer products marketing department
* Experience of working within trade marketing / with retailers
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to influence across all levels
* Excellent presentation skills (excellent PowerPoint skills)
* Competence at working with data and spread sheets
* Supervisory/Management experience is essential
* Ability to start immediately
