Description

As the Marketing Manager you will:

* Understand the audience's pain points and needs
* Own the value proposition, branding, positioning and messaging for each brand
* Develop the marketing strategy and implement the marketing plan
* Devise and implementing an annual content strategy, and ongoing management of a content calendar
* Use the full marketing mix to create stand-out, engaging content through PR and blogs, email campaigns, events, influencer marketing, lead-gen campaigns, social media, content creation, sales collateral, video creation, animations etc…
* Develop and implement the CX strategy
* Ensuring the website and collateral is up-to-date
* Creation and management of an asset library, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent and optimised for search and user experience for all channels
* Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and develop assets that educate clients/referrers
* Run integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end
* Previous experience of building and executing marketing automation strategies
* Measuring content effectiveness by liaising with digital team to review analytics and make recommendations based on those results
* Promoting content internally via intranet and educate sales, telemarketing and business development teams on how to use collateral produced
* Conducting periodic competitive audits.
* Coordinating the implementation of events.


Profile

The successful Marketing Manager will have:

* At least five years in a Marketing manager role within professional services environment
* Degree educated with a CIM diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in Design/Property, industry knowledge is preferable
* Track record of producing high quality content and managing successful educational events
* Perfect command of the English language
* Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
* Excellent copywriting and editing skills
* Creative, innovative with an eye for design
* Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
* Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs
* Proactive approach to workload and new ideas
* Strong curiosity and passion for marketing channels and tools
* Excellent understanding of SEO and how to use data/insights to drive desired outcomes (traffic, engagements, conversions etc.)
* Ability to test content formats and distribution channels to determine the optimal approach to reaching various segments of the target audiences
* Excellent understanding of social media
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Strong communication and planning skills.
* Able to navigate their way around the business and collaborate with multiple Managing Directors and Managers at all levels in the organisation.
* Good sense of humour!
