An exciting role has emerged for a BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER based in Hounslow, Middlesex with a high performance consumer durables brand. This role will focus on driving the UK brand strategy through effective activation targeting; executing campaigns, events, or experiences to engage directly with consumers.

Client Details

A leading consumer durables business focussed on precision and performance; this business requests a BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER to join a talented team and industry leading brands in double digit growth. The successful candidate will have a background in leadership roles directly accountable for delivering measurable, positive ROI against incremental sales.


The successful BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER will be reponsible for the following activities;

* Drive the the UK brand strategy through effective activation targeting including executing campaigns, events, or experiences to engage directly with consumers and customers.
* Own and project manage campaigns end to end, collaborating with agencies where required.
* Manage the brand assets in line with the corporate guidelines.
* Develop consumer experience events to fully activate and create demand for the brand.
* Utilise strong analytical skills and be strategic when analysing complex data.
* Lead 2 direct reports to new business targets.


The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities;

* Proven experience in leadership roles; accountable for delivering measurable ROI against incremental sales.
* Demonstrated experience with brand activation campaigns (ATL and BTL).
* Proven capability of developing and delivering brand experiences and events.
* Highly results-orientated
* Experience of digital marketing and full understanding on leveraging brand activation.
