Description

* Working with Country teams and using all available internal and external data services, conduct category market reviews to support the business
* Create category solutions that will generate increased market share and manufacturer investment
* Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the visual marketing critical path for the country field teams.
* Management of the delivery of the visual merchandising strategy and process across all EU markets, supporting the Head of Marketing in working with the field managers on the best way to cascade, ensuring a high level of visual execution is achieved across all areas.
* Support the delivery of a seamless journey across all customer touchpoints in line with marketing plan
* Responsible for maintaining relationships and driving consistency of brand visual proposition across all regions
* Support the delivery of clear content to produce world class guidelines that are on time and in full support in the delivery of new category in-store projects within a market
* Accountable for rolling out to country teams visual training and development tools, to deliver a consistent level of visual excellence.


Profile

* Relevant experience gained working within Category Management including influencing merchandising options and helping to drive category growth.
* Proven experience in floor planning/space planning and ranging
* Candidate to be numerate, articulate and detail -focussed
* Good knowledge of MS office applications, Spaceman or similar space planning tools.
* Experience in consumer healthcare and retail industry would be advantageous.
* Excellent Visual Merchandising skills, and a strong eye for detail
* Creative thinking and experience in developing innovative solutions
* Great teamwork skills
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
* Strong Communication skills
