My client is a real success story, with a whole host of industry awards and a fabulous culture to boot! They now have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Head of Marketing to join their team on a permanent basis.
With responsibility for a team of around 25, the ideal candidate will someone who leads by example – you’ll be delivering integrated campaigns across the full marketing mix, with responsibility for a sizeable budget of £15-20m per year. You’ll be a full mix marketer, but with a digital specialism, as this is key to my client’s plans. Day to day, you’ll be involved with:
- Executing the marketing strategy
- Planning and responsibility for digital acquisition across display, social, VoD etc
- Driving SEO
- Driving engagement through content
- CRM and retention to upsell and cross sell
- Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and to budget
- Managing large scale marketing projects
- Fully integrated marketing campaigns
You’ll be highly commercial, with a keen focus on ROI. It’s key that you’re a great communicator, with demonstrable experience of managing high performing marketing teams in a B2C environment.
