We are retained to appoint a Group Marketing & Product Director for a global travel management company operating across defined markets. Working with the Executive team you will be responsible for driving transformation of the business to a globally efficient and customer led organisation. This will be achieved through identifying and implementing market-leading value propositions supported by energising the pipeline of product and service innovations

Our client is a global provider of travel management solutions.


Reporting to the CEO, the Global Marketing & Product Director will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end customer value propositions across the organisations core market segments. These will be in-line to achieving the organisations 3 years strategic plan and corporate cultural values. Key aspects of the role will include;

* Clear value propositions by customer segments taken to market which drive up transactions, profitable revenues and customer satisfaction
* Creation of global solutions that also recognise the need for local and regional relevance
* Direct management of the Marketing, Product and Revenue teams to double in scale and profitability within 3 years
* Become recognised as the most trusted and customer driven travel management company within its core market segments
* Increasing NPS and customer retention
* Driving customer acquisition, retention and engagement through digital channels


The successful Group Marketing & Product Director will have a proven track record in delivering business plans by increasing revenue and margin through market initiatives and product development at a global level with B2B clients. A successful track record of supplier management and supplier product development. Able to demonstrate a data driven approach to new marketing initiatives ideally across multiple geographic regions. Exposure with third sector clients will be an advantage. Excellent digital marketing leadership and knowledge.
