Description
- Working with the communications team and other stakeholders to ensure that you are creating communications materials which meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Develop communications strategies for new products and topics which are relevant to the business. You will have responsibility for the writing, editing and project management of the communication outputs.
- The Specialist will work to required internal and external standards to ensure all evidence communication materials are fair and balanced, high quality, consistent, and easy to digest.
- The communications specialist will ensure all materials are used as widely as possible to support the business
- Develop communications plan that determine the most impactful and most effective means of communication.
- Deliver and continuously measure the impact of the communications.
Profile
- Degree or higher degree, preferably in a Scientific or Medical subject or a Communications-based subject (e.g. Journalism/ English)
- Experience of developing high-quality, innovative scientific / medical communication and / or educational materials in a variety of formats, including print, web and / or digital
- Experience of developing communications and / or educational material for health care professionals and salesforces and / or other audiences.
- Minimum 2 year's commercial experience in related industry; med-tech, pharma, medi-comms
- Good understanding of the legal and regulatory environments for medical device /pharma companies.
- Experience in scientific writing and editing preferred
