My client, a Professional Services business based in Manchester is recruiting a Marketing Manager to join their friendly, sociable team. This Marketing role is a stand alone role, you must be able to work on your own and possess the full marketing mix.
We are looking for a self-motivated marketing professional to join this fast paced growing business and get involved in the strategic direction of the brand and marketing for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring consistency of the groups brand marketing and raising the groups profile
Managing the groups social media outlets across facebook, twitter, Instagram, whatsapp, blogs
Assisting with events across all business areas
Planning and implementing PR campaigns / strategies
Designing and managing the production of the groups merchandise and stationary
Producing e-newsletters and reporting on open and click-through rates
Looking at ROI, analysing data and trends, peaks and troughs
Adhering to brand guidelines at all times
Re-branding marketing collateral, ie, brochures, leaflets etc
Managing all aspects of the website with the assistance of the senior managers.
Managing events calendar and attending events for all group business areas (5)
Managing the crm database, targeting customers and segmenting data

Skills Required:
Educated to A' Level/Degree level
Must have recent experience of working in a stand alone Marketing role
Possess the full marketing mix within professional services would be advantageous
PR experience is beneficial but not essential
An understanding of brand marketing
Experience in managing social media channels
Experience of working with agencies
Ability to write and prepare press releases and web content
Experience of email campaigns using mailchimp
Ability to adapt tone of writing (copywriting ability)
Must demonstrate first class interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of projects
Must be able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
Problem solving abilities and strong attention to detail
Competent with all relevant IT materials, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator - desirable
Experience working with WordPress, Google Analytics or MailChimp
Knowledge (or understanding) of SEO
Knowledge of CRM database packages - desirable
Competitive Salary Package:
Salary up to £30k + Bonus 10%
Flexible hours, core 10-4pm (37.5 hour week)
