I am lucky to be working with one of Britain's biggest travel businesses, offering high end product and services.

As a result of some real investment and continued growth they are now looking for a new Head of Marketing, the key remit of which is to develop and execute a multi channel marketing strategy that support the brands growth and increase target consumer awareness.

As head of marketing your key responsibilities will include:

* Deliver an integrated brand strategy for the acquisition and retention of customers for both UK and international markets.
* Ensure these strategies are commercial and cost effective.
* Create and executive a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations strategy, to include print, retail marketing, digital marketing, social media, CRM (and loyalty) events & promotions.
* Oversee the implementation and delivery of this strategy, globally, whilst monitoring /managing strategy performance
* Understand the key strategic business objectives, competitive marketplace, business and industry trends and opportunities to develop programs that support acquisition and retention objectives
* Influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business to secure buy-in to the Marketing & Communications strategy
* Continually review changes in client trends and the activities of competitors, and adjust the marketing plan where relevant
* Provide collaboration and drive clear communications to internal teams and external agencies
* Drive relationships with suppliers, affiliate partnerships and tourist boards to negotiate marketing funds and opportunities
* Provide strong, inspiring leadership to the Marketing team proactively developing team and individual performance.
* Resource the Marketing department efficiently and as per commercial business needs
* Ensure and maintain a culture of collaboration within the team and wider organisation
