Senior Campaign Analytics Specialist

£50k - £55k per annum


A rapidly growing brand in the consumer financial services space is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to lead their marketing campaign analytics function and increase customer engagement and ROI through manipulating and presenting data.

This is a data driven role with extensive usage of SAS and analytical techniques required to succeed, further to alongside the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders to define a clear marketing strategy.


* Utilise the latest analytical tools and thinking to drive Marketing forwards, maximising campaign impact
* Ensure timely delivery of customer selections using SAS and / or Salesforce to fulfil the customer journey from a marketing perspective
* Lead the delivery of complex selections, ensuring the requirements of Campaign Analytics are fed into the project process and representing the team in project meetings
* Drive the automation of current SAS processes to increase efficiency's and support a zero-error culture within the wider analytical community
* Developing stand out presentations to key stakeholders, including external clients and up to Director level internally
* Delivery and evolution of campaign analysis to understand business and commercial impact
* Lead the digital evolution of the business and drive the digital analytics agenda.

Prior experience using analytical tools such as SAS/ SQL / Salesforce are essential to be successful in this role - further to this experience working within a regulated environment would be beneficial but not essential. About you:

* 5 years' experience in analytical roles that directly impact marketing success.
* Knowledge of marketing or risk strategy and systems design.
* Proven ability to present and manipulate complex data.
* Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL (within SAS) alongside advanced Excel and Salesforce.
* Experienced in running and setting up accurate SAS selections.
* The ability to own relationships and processes.
* Proven quantitative analytical skills.
* Experience in designing and implementing CRM journeys/platforms.
* Salesforce experience (or similar) is essential.
