* Continually reviewing marketing campaign performance for improvements on an ongoing basis.
* Proactively leading, coaching and developing a team of 5, whilst taking ownership of your own professional development with the support of the Head of Marketing.

The successful person:

* Experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in a large organisation in the technology or data sector although we are open to speaking to B2B marketers of varying backgrounds if the relevant experience is held.
* Proven experience in marketing campaign development and an understanding of how this ties into business objectives.
* People management experience with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
* Stakeholder management skills with proven impact in managing expectations and delivering successful outcomes.
* Ability to plan, budget and manage both suppliers and spend,
