Insight & Propositions Coordinator – £27,498 - £33,420 + Benefits – Newcastle

The Role

The Insight & Propositions Coordinator will design and manage research conducted in-house as well as working with external agencies to deliver insight to Northumbria University on how to improve student experience. The right candidate will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the role to best fit their skillset.

The successful Insight & Propositions Coordinator will combine analytical expertise with strong communication skills to shape the delivery of corporate strategy and ensure the service provides high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the University corporate objectives through market research, insight and analysis utilising a variety of methodologies
  • Present actionable findings and provide recommendations to the University and key stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues in Marketing, Faculties and the wider organisation in support of their market research

The Person

Key skills and qualities of the Insight & Propositions Coordinator:

  • Knowledge and experience of planning, delivering and interpreting a range of different research sources
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven experience of data analysis and quantitative research in a commercial environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analyses to a range of stakeholders
  • Outstanding project management skills and ability to lead and develop new and existing processes
