Description
The successful Marketing Executive will be responsible for:
* Devising and implementing new legacy fundraising initiatives
* Controlling and coordinate legacy campaigns
* Ensuring the fundraising campaign processes are followed
* Briefing agencies/suppliers to produce legacy marketing campaigns, literature or content
* Managing the database of contacts and complying with the GDPR policies and procedures
* Obtaining competitive quotes, raise purchase orders and interrogate and approve supplier invoices
* Monitoring and reviewing campaign costs against budgets
* Assisting the Legacy team on all adhoc work
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you must have:
* An education to A-Level standard or CIM/IDM qualification
* Previous experience in managing customer/donor relationships
* Previous campaign management experience
* Previous agency management experience
* Events management experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience using a CRM system/managing a large database of contacts
* Empathy for the cause
* Initiative
* Ability to travel in the UK and a current valid driving license
