Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you want to work for a health conscious FMCG brand within a hugely ambitious business? This well-known organisation is looking for an experienced individual to build this aspirational food brand online.

The Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating a strong, highly measurable digital strategy that is unique to the brand to drive engagement and purchase by the consumer. They will be involved in creating content for the Social channels and website, developing a partnership strategy and building a more engaging eCRM program.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align the brand’s digital strategy
  • Create & execute digital activation plan for the brand, creating and executing an annual content calendar and key activity campaigns
  • Lead on:

-Website & eCRM strategy

 

-Affiliate Partnership strategy and execution

 

-Influencer strategy and execution

 

-PR strategy and execution

 

-Social & digital media strategy and spend

 

  • Community management and engagement across social channels
  • Lead on Social Media best practice, Social Media policy, builds expertise
  • Communicate and collaborate with Brand and Sales teams to activate plans
  • Educate wider teams on digital marketing

The Candidate

As an experienced Digital Marketing Manager you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Working in a creative Digital Marketing role within a consumer business
  • Social media management
  • Creating and managing content calendars
  • Using social analytics tools Copy-writing Ability to develop brand/influencer partnerships
  • Keen to make a difference with consumers
  • Experience working on premium food brands would be an advantage

As well as the technical skills and experience this role will also require someone with the following behaviours and attitudes:

  • An Entrepreneurial spirit
  • A Creative-eye Pro-active can do approach
