The Global Campaigns & Media Lead role sits in the Customer, Brand and Communications function. You will develop and manage the implementation of the groups communication creative platform providing daily management of external agencies.

You will lead and manage the creation of all global communication, interfacing as appropriate with the markets. Manage the coordination with internal stakeholder to align the delivery across the Group by influencing teams in global and local markets.

Description

As Global Campaigns & Media Lead you will develop and manage the implementation of the Groups communication creative platform providing daily management of external agencies. You will lead and manage the creation of all global communication, interfacing as appropriate with the markets. Manage the coordination with internal stakeholder to align the delivery across the Group. Within this role you will have the ability to influence several teams across the group, both in global functions and market teams and will have the confidence to build and maintain a project network. You will need to set and drive your areas agenda and lead future development by seeking to improve performance and ways of working. * Own the holistic campaign strategy and planning, managing cross-functional strategic alignment to achieve successful campaign delivery
* Provide daily leadership and guidance to our agencies, managing their tasks within budget and delivery timeframe. Manage tracking of agencies deliverables and their costs securing we get the best out of our investment
* Set up and lead a cross functional project delivery team, tasked with developing a cross functional campaign that is seamless to consumers
* Define the strategic objectives and be accountable for the project plans to deliver campaigns successfully and on time
* Manage budget and lead the delivery of the contributing project team, checking and tracking progress against project plan, foreseeing and managing risks to the project delivery
* Set and manage agencies and suppliers' budgets
* Define the creative and media strategy, steering and leading the supporting agencies with all relevant leadership and providing feedback and guidance as needed
* Prepare and deliver management presentations as needed
* Set and manage the project budget and the timelines to deliver the project to completion
* Define tools, processes and methodologies to implement high calibre campaigns across all markets


Profile

The successful Global Campaigns & Media Lead will be based from our client's London office and will be able to demonstrate the following key areas;

* Extensive experience (agency or client side) leading global marketing communication initiatives and campaigns
* Proven ability to successfully create and deliver multi market creative executions in large organisations
* Strong awareness of industry trends and innovation, in both media and creative
* Extensive experience in delivering targeted and successful media strategies
* Marketing qualification preferred
* Retail experience preferred, but FMCG will be considered
* Organised, strong ability to translate strategic plans into actionable tasks
* Ability to work in an unstructured environment
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to interact and influence a variety of stakeholders
* Completer finisher with a strong drive to deliver results
* Ability to operate in an agile environment
* Ability to drive world class creativity and manage creative talent
* Ability to turn creative thinking into commercially driven campaign
* Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
* Ability to define clear processes to facilitate and influence adoption of Global campaign and media strategy in Markets
