My client are a world-wide leading provider of technology solutions to innovate medical processes. With over 100 years of research, they cover a suite of products and solutions within medical devices including imaging, advanced therapies and diagnostics and are a well know brand both in this market and other technology products. Due to maternity, the job of Marketing Communications Manager is available on a 12 month contract based at their offices in Camberley.

Your new role
The Marketing Communications Manager is a varied job responsible for developing and delivering campaigns and activity for different business areas across the portfolio. The role works closely with colleagues from across the company getting to understand their challenges and identifying opportunities for marketing and communications activity to support their priorities. You will be responsible for planning and delivering communications campaigns and activities on specific topics and issues, and writing and editing engaging copy for use across all channels including news stories, website, printed publications and social media. You will be managing the development of brochures and other marketing collateral (including copy-writing and design), as well as developing and running social media campaigns using LinkedIn and Twitter and reviewing and updating content for relevant sections of the website. You will also act as business-partner, advising colleagues on the most appropriate communications approach to achieve their required outcome.

What you'll need to succeed

* Significant experience of working in a Marketing Communications role (either in-house or agency)
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Strong copy-writing skills and experience of writing engaging copy for different channels (both print and online)
* Experience of managing effective working relationships with external agencies
* Experience of using website content management systems (CMS)

* Knowledge of campaign management tools (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce/ Exact target, Campaign Monitor, Dotmailer)
* Experience of Adobe suite programmes e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver
* Understanding and awareness of budget management processes

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £35000 - £40000, depending on experience, and a great benefits package including company pension scheme and flexible benefits such as BUPA, childcare vouchers and the ability to buy/sell holiday (standard is 26 days + bank holidays)
