I am currently looking for an Account Manager for a business based in Bedfordshire. The candidate will be responsible for managing a range of international incentive and recognition clients through an online platform whilst also translating client requirements and maintaining accounts.

Client Details

The Client is well known for providing a range of diverse professional services internationally, to improve the quality of life for their clients and customers. They currently have over 30,000 employees in the UK working alongside over 2,000 client locations across a diverse range of market sectors with their positioning in the industry being original and unique.


The Account Manager will be expected to manage the international client's recognition and incentive programmes whilst building lasting relationships with the clients. The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

* Manage a range of international incentive and recognition clients through the current platform, to include new programme set up and ongoing programme management.

* Translate client requirements into clear briefing documents for relevant internal teams or external suppliers.

* Manage, develop and support the team to deliver the day to day activities of these accounts.

* Proactively develop and grow accounts within remit whilst maintaining current relationships.

* Work alongside the Team Leader, Operations, to ensure that accounts are operating in line with the current business strategy and best practice.


The successful candidate will be expected to speak other languages particularly English, French and Dutch, together with an understanding and awareness of cultural differences. Additional languages, namely Spanish and German would be advantageous.

Job Offer

The Account Manager can expect a salary of up to £30K dependant on experience.
